Section 8 of
Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act, is pleased to decrease the size of Upper Clements Provincial Park, so designated by Order in Council 79-346, by approving the withdrawal from the park of approximately 3.661 hectares of land as shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
