OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 17, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service ("CSIS"), in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
