Notice of Protected Watershed Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the St. Lawrence River Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 990210 32 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 87 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 320 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 39 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 21 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 8 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 334 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 228 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 220 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 metres;
