OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment, dated February 21, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment, on behalf of Nova Scotia, to sign a Contribution Agreement with Natural Resources Canada, on behalf of Canada, to enable access to a federal grant for enhancing and expanding a skills development programme to build capacity for climate change adaptation preparedness, in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 29, 2019.
