B.C. Reg. 211/2012 , deposited July 19, 2012, pursuant to the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [section 289 (4) (n)], the CREDIT UNION INCORPORATION ACT [section 108 (2) (h)] and the BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT [section 432 (2) (gg)]. Order in Council 542/2012, approved and ordered July 18, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2012,

section 1 of the

Definitions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 311/90, is amended by striking out " Company Act as it applies for the purposes of those 2 Acts," and substituting " Business Corporations Act , as it applies to a financial institution,".
