CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Mortgage Protection Act (Assented to June 8, 1990) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Mortgage Protection Amendment Act, 1990 . S.S. 1986-87-88, c.M-21.11 amended The Mortgage Protection Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended3 Subsection 3(1) is amended by striking out "9.75%" and substituting "10.75%".

Section repealed4

Section is repealed.

Section amended5 Clause 5(1)(

b) is amended by striking out "9.75%" and substituting "10.75%". Coming into force6 This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1990.
