OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 24, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2000-555 dated November 3, 2000, by adding immediately after the word "Canada" in paragraph (

c) the words "or others", and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
