Order in Council 264/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 41 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 1759/2021 dated December 16, 2021, appointing Kenneth Scott Player as part-time member of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario be revoked, effective January 18, 2023.
