OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 9, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Alicia Susan Young made pursuant to Order in Council 94-1012 dated December 6, 1994; and (
b) appoint Alicia Susan Young of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
