OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 26, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed two million, two hundred twelve thousand seven hundred twenty-five dollars ($2,212,725.00) to cover the Department’s 75% share of the costs for the renovation and installation of a third elevator at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Nova Scotia Health Authority, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective on and after April 11, 2017.
