Order in Council 1711/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Tom Allen of London be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending June 21, 2025.

Further,

whereas Tom Allen was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 22, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 845/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 845/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
