OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated October 5, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to, commencing December 5, 2016: (
a) appoint Karen MacWilliam of Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years; and (
b) reappoint Rod Munroe of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Prime Brook) as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years.
