OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act dated February 29, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 13 of
Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Automobile Insurance
(2011) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 4, 5 and 9 of
Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Automobile Insurance
(2011) Act, do come into force on and not before April 1, 2012.
