OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 12, 2001, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land situate at Peters Lake, Yarmouth County, and approximately shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Hubert J. Pothier of Tusket, Yarmouth County, his heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $200 per acre times the total area the right of way occupies as determined by legal survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
