EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill amends The Court of King's Bench Act to change the designation of the judicial officials appointed under Division 2 of

Part IV of the Act from "master" to "associate judge". Consequential amendments are made to a number of other statutes. Le présent projet de loi modifie la
