Order in Council 1233/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Steve Schenke was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 14, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 959/2022;

And

whereas Steve Schenke tendered his resignation effective April 26, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 959/2022 be revoked effective April 26, 2022.
