OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated May 31, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Act , is pleased to appoint Ross Lloyd of Bridgetown, Annapolis County, and Judy Elliot of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), as members of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority, for a term of two years commencing July 4, 2016.
