Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Regulation 806/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point in the eastern shoreline of Great Bay De L'eau, that point being the most western point of land at the northern entrance of Wreck Cove and then running due east a distance of 15,400 metres, more or less, to a point on the western shoreline of Fortune Bay;

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the point of land at the eastern entrance to

St.

Jacques

Harbour

Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Great Bay De L'eau by way of Coomb's Cove,

Fox

Harbour

, Blunder Cove and Wreck Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
