OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated September 26, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to amend Order in Council 2019-250 dated September 20, 2019, by adding the words “and any such other contractors as the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal determines necessary” immediately after the words “R. & D. Crane Operators Limited”, effective on and after September 26, 2019.
