Presid ng Member of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council-No. 1510 , Approved and Ordered NOV - 9 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Gail Dawson be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the appointment of Gail Dawson, made by Order in Council 316/00, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
