An Act to Amend the Public Service Labour Relations Act Loi modifiant la Loi relative aux relations de travail dans les services publics Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Public Service Labour Relations Act,

chapter P-25 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended in the definition “person employed in a managerial or confidential capacity” 1 L’article de la

Loi sur les relations de travail dans les services publics,

chapitre P-25 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié à la définition « préposé à la gestion ou à des fonctions confidentielles » (

a) by repealing paragraph (b);

a) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa b); (

b) by repealing subparagraph (e)(iv) and substitut- ing the following:

b) par l’abrogation du sous-alinéa e)(iv) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : (iv) who works in confidence with a person em- ployed as a legal officer under the Attorney General or who works in confidence with any person de- scribed in paragraph (

c) or (

d) or subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii), or (iv) qui occupe un poste de confiance auprès d’une personne employée en qualité de conseiller juridique du procureur général ou qui occupe un poste de con- fiance auprès de l’une des personnes mentionnées à l’alinéa c) ou

d) ou au sous-alinéa (i), (ii) ou (iii), ou 1
