OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 20, 2005, pursuant to clause (

f) of

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2005-232, dated June 9, 2005, by striking out the reference to "Edward M. Dempsey" wherever it appears and substituting "Edward W. Dempsey."
