OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated, June 22, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act , and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs entering into an agreement with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada regarding the Province’s COVID-19 Immunization Program and to further approve indemnification of the Canadian Armed Forces and Canadian Red Cross for services rendered regarding the Province’s COVID-19 Immunization Program.
