OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated February 9, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 2, 6, 15, 16, 20 and 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 5 and 9, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated's Board of Directors decision of January 21, 2010 to approve financial assistance in an amount not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) to Tech Link International Entertainment Limited on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated February 9, 2010; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
