OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 16, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to enter into an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Industry responsible for Statistics Canada regarding the access to personal information maintained by the Registry of Motor Vehicles for the purposes of conducting citizen surveys, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modification as the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations determines are necessary, effective on and after July 19, 2011.
