OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 16, 2011, and pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty The Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of 585.39 square meters, more or less, of land situate, lying and being at or near New Minas, County of Kings, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, the said expropriation being for the public purpose of the construction of a public highway.
