CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Local Government Board Act [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. Stat. c.38 The Local Government Board Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1954, c.11, s.1.

Section amended

Section is amended by inserting after the word “hospital” in the fourth line the words “the area authority of a conservation and development area”. 1954, c.11, s.2.

Section amended Subsection (2) of

section is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “

(2) A local authority other than the council of a municipality shall follow the procedure for obtaining permission to borrow money prescribed by the statute that authorizes it to borrow”. 1954, c.11, s.3. Regina, Saskatchewan Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
