Section 5 of
Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act , is pleased to appoint Gordon Whittaker, Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term commencing November 6, 2012, and expiring August 31, 2015.
