Loi sur l’électricité Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 69(2) of the Electricity Act,

chapter E-4.6 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2003, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 Le paragraphe 69(2) de la

a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (

k) the following:

k) de ce qui suit : (k.1) respecting a program requiring the standard ser- vice supplier to ensure that a portion of the electricity it obtains from renewable resources is generated by some or all of the large industrial enterprises located in the Province, including, but not limited to, k.1) concernant un programme qui exige du fournis- seur de service en vertu d’un contrat type qu’une

i) en prévoyant les critères d’admissibilité au pro- gramme, (ii) specifying the types of electricity generated from renewable resources that are eligible under the program, (ii) en précisant la nature des sources desquelles est issue l’électricité renouvable admissible au pro- gramme, 1 (iii) setting the purchase price for electricity ob- tained in accordance with the program, (iii) en fixant le prix d’achat de l’électricité obte- nue dans le cadre du programme, (iv) authorizing the Minister to determine the methodology and any relevant factors for consider- ation in the calculation of the Canadian average price for the purposes of the program, (iv) en autorisant le Ministre à déterminer la mé- thodologie ainsi que les facteurs pertinents qui doivent être pris en compte dans le calcul du prix moyen canadien pour les fins du programme, (

v) respecting the method by which the target re- duction percent is to be calculated for the purposes of the program and how the target reduction percent is to be achieved, and (

v) en prévoyant une méthode de calcul du pour- centage de réduction cible pour les fins du pro- gramme et les mesures à appliquer pour atteindre le pourcentage de réduction cible, (vi) for the period commencing January 1, 2012, and ending March 31, 2012, authorizing the Minister to determine the methodology and any relevant fac- tors for consideration in the calculation of the Cana- dian average price for the purposes of the program; (vi) en autorisant le Ministre à déterminer la mé- thodologie ainsi que les facteurs pertinents qui doivent être pris en compte dans le calcul du prix moyen canadien pour les fins du programme pour la période du 1er janvier au mars 2012; (

b) by adding after subsection (2.1) the following:
