OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 12, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nov Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2015-167, dated June 9, 2015; and (

b) extinguish the right of the public to use sections of the public highway known as “Old Road” in the Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation, at or near Afton, County of Antigonish, shown outlined in bold and identified as “Disused portion of Highway No. 4” on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
