OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment, dated February 21, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment, on behalf of Nova Scotia, to sign a service agreement with Environment and Climate Change Canada, on behalf of Canada, to develop a reporting program for greenhouse gas emissions in a single window platform, in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 29, 2019.
