OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 24, 2001, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 6,000 square feet, situate at Wallace, Cumberland County, and shown marked in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Joyce E. McMahon and John L. McMahon, husband and wife, and Blanche K. Langille, all of Wallace, Cumberland County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $3,000.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.50 per square foot by the square footage of the parcel of Crown land as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
