OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 22, 2000, pursuant to
Section 2 of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as Justices of the Peace, each for a six month term of office commencing April 1, 2000, and to have paid to them a remuneration of $30,000 per year, plus HST: Kevin Downie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Angus A. MacIntyre, Q.C., of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
