Order in Council 1431/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002,

Mike Reader of Peterborough

be reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the later of October 17, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
