Order in Council 1691/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 1 and 4 of the AgriCorp Act, 1996, as amended,

Jason Verkaik of Tottenham

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Chair of AgriCorp to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 21, 2022 to March 20, 2025.
