Order in Council 1195/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Michael Gerard March, Barrister and Solicitor of Pembroke, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective August 18, 2016.
