Display of Handicapped Persons' Vehicle Identification Permits Regulations

made under subsection 184(4) of the

Motor Vehicle Act

N.S. Reg. 70/80:

Pursuant to

Section 166(2) of

Chapter 191 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia,

1967, [subsection 184(4), R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 293], the Motor Vehicle Act, I hereby

approve of the display on the lower right inside corner of the windshield of a motor

vehicle of an identification permit in the form of a sticker issued under the regulations

respecting Identification Permits for Vehicles Transporting Handicapped Persons.
