OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated November 24, 1999, and pursuant to

Section 127 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act and to subsection 4(1) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Gaming Foundation Regulations made by Order in Council 98-109 dated March 19, 1998, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after December 8, 1999.
