OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated December 14, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 151, 152 and 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Chris Power, Halifax Regional Municipality, as member and Deputy Chair of the of the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia for a term of four (4) months commencing January 15, 2013 and ending May 14, 2013; (

b) order that Chris Power be remunerated in the amount of $3000 per year, to be paid pro rata , and $300 per day for attendance at meetings and meeting preparation, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the work of the Board, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service; and (

c) order that Chris Power receive a $2,000 annual honorarium, to be paid pro rata, for chairing a committee of the Board.
