OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 22, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after February 7, 2024, to authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice and the Minister of Public Works, as applicable, entering into a net debt obligation for expenses associated with the establishment of a Bail Court within the Provincial Court system.
