B.C. Reg. 379/2003, deposited October 24, 2003, pursuant to the INDEPENDENT SCHOOL ACT [Sections 1 and 18]. Order in Council 977/2003, approved and ordered October 23, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 1 of the Authority Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/89, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

p) the Chief and Councillors of the Lower Nicola Indian Band. — C. CLARK, Minister of Education; J. van DONGEN, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
