EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill requires all electronic advertisements an d other campaign materials used by a registered political p arty during an election period to include a personal sta tement by the leader of the party that he or she approves the contents of the advertisement or other campaign mat erial.
