OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 18, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 97(1) of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act, is pleased to amend the Police Regulations, N.S. Reg. 230/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-567 dated December 20, 2005, by repealing subsections 39(1) and 39(2), effective on and after April 7, 2009.
