Order in Council 157/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nancy Henderson was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective March 8, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 525/2017;

And

whereas Nancy Henderson tendered her resignation effective February 15, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 525/2017 be revoked effective February 15, 2019.
