OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 10, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 10, 2013:

a) revoke Order in Council 2011-17, dated January 11, 2011, assigning responsibility for the Gateway Initiative to the Honourable Percy A. Paris, a Member of the Executive Council; and

b) assign responsibility for the Gateway Initiative to the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council.
