Order in Council 1723/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Dr. Benjamin (Ben) Longstaff of Newmarket, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective as of the date of this Order in Council.
