Order in Council 775/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Flora Hoffman was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 14, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 233/2020;

And

whereas Flora Hoffman tendered her resignation effective February 14, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 233/2020 be revoked effective February 14, 2021.
