OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 31, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 262 of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and clause 18(1)(
d) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Anne S. Clark of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as the Chief Workers' Advisor; (
b) appoint Kenneth LeBlanc of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the office of Chief Workers' Advisor commencing March 19, 2008, on an at-pleasure basis; and (
c) fix the remuneration for Kenneth LeBlanc for his duties as Chief Workers' Advisor, at the rate of $7,840 per annum in addition to compensation he receives in his civil service employment as a Workers' Advisor, Solicitor III, MCL-26(2).
