OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 3, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 7(1) of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Drug Pricing Act , is pleased to amend the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program Regulations , N.S. Reg. 224/2011, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2011-234 dated June 30, 2011, to enable adjustments to the Seniors’ Pharmacare Program cost-share framework in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2016.
