OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated June 16, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after August 2, 2011, to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into Integrated Case Management (ICM) and Labour Market Program Support System (LaMPSS) Software Use Agreements with the Government of the Yukon, as represented by the Department of Education, and the Government of the Province of New Brunswick, as represented by the Department of Post-Secondary Education and Labour, substantially in the form as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
